As you may have heard, His Hamminess Ken Ham, pope of the young-earth creationist church, hosted a little-publicized back-and-forth with Bill Nye the Science Guy back in February 2014.
There were signs of distress, early on. First, there was the loss of longtime Disco Tute “fellow” William Dembski, who is best-known for proposing the scientific sounding but actually useless concept of “specified complexity.”
It’s Friday, y’all. Hope you all had a great week. You’re almost to the promised land of weekendom, but first, let’s review.
In some of my previous memes, I have subtly intimated that I believe Ken Ham posesses certain qualities reflective of beloved Internet icon Scumbag Steve. Ahem.
One of the unintended but nonetheless interesting consequences of this site is that I’ve become acquainted with some of the stars of the createvangelism industry in ways I never could have if I only had access to their blogs and public appearances.
Today is a good day. Not only is it Friday, but it marks the return of our Friday Fun series. Aren’t you lucky.
For all you “Futurama” fans out there…
Hey gang, this week, the wife and I are going on vacation to The Last Frontier (Alaska, not space), which we hope will be an enjoyable time of fishing, camping and not being eaten by bears.
Welcome to Friday fun at God of Evolution. Congratulations on surviving your latest week.
The world-renowned God of Evolution Meme-atorium has been working double-time this week, bringing you exactly what you have demanded: more silly pictures about evolution and creationism that you can share with your friends on the interwebs.
